The architecture of the single family house represents a contemporary response to the heterogeneous design of the interwar and post-war single-family houses in this residential area. The house is designed to meet the current needs of a family of seven: with a spacious, open-plan living and dining area on the ground floor for the entire family, as well as retreats for each individual with private rooms on the two upper floors.

To ensure the future-oriented use of the four-story house for multiple generations, a future division into two separate residential units has already been considered in the planning and can be implemented later.
