In the new building project Kennedy Garden in the 14th district, the interior design concept gave a terrace apartment a unique identity. Floor plan, electrical and installation planning were optimized to meet the high living standards. The furnishing and lighting concept focused on the materials – oak, steel, Dekton, Fenix, leather and textile – as well as on an integral color concept – black green and greige as the main colors – for all rooms. The stylish, perfectly matched to one another equipment and furnishings offer a feel-good living experience all along the line.
