A garden apartment near the Kutschkermarkt in Vienna’s 18th district has been completely gutted and rebuilt. The floor plan of the apartment was optimized and adapted to the needs of a small family. Two functional bedrooms, an enlarged bathroom and an open living / dining area with an integrated kitchen have been designed to the highest standards. High-quality materials were used, such as massive herringbone parquet, terrazzo flooring and wall coverings as well as extravagant PVD-coated stainless steel fittings in the bathroom and toilet, Fenix and Dekton in the kitchen, etc. In addition, a holistic furnishing and lighting concept was created and the garden and terrace design was planned.
