In an old building in need of renovation a new place was to be created, “where beauty embraces you”, as the client describes her project.

In the course of the core renovation, the location was hollowed out on the ground floor and basement and then rebuilt. A new entrance portal, new windows and a new courtyard access on the ground floor as well as the redesign and exposure of the staircase that leads to the basement are essential renovation elements. In the basement, a new floor slab had to be connected to the existing foundations and structural reinforcements had to be made in order to be able to use the rooms for business. The location was technically equipped with a new heating and ventilation system, among other things.

The premises of the innovative concept store now house a restaurant, a sales room, a co-working space and an event room.

Our services included the planning, submission and operating system approval.
